Job Description
1. College degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related fields.
2. More than 8 years of work experience in PCB factory, and more than 5 years of management experience in equivalent positions.
3. Proficient in the entire process technology of circuit boards, with rich work experience in process capability optimization, equipment capacity evaluation, material consumption standards, and abnormal process quality.
4. Familiar with the operation of ISO9001, TS16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system.
5. Ability to independently write process documents and optimize files.
6. Have good communication and coordination skills.
