1. Responsible for handling daily affairs of the entire quality department;
2. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of quality management experience in equivalent positions
3. Familiar with customer service management and possess good communication skills;
4. Familiar with quality control system, ISO14001, ISO9001, TS16949, industry standards, safety regulations, etc;
5. Responsible for controlling the internal quality standards of the company and promoting quality improvement;
6. Relevant work experience, proficiency in lean production, and familiarity with English reading and writing are preferred;
7. Responsible for setting the company's quality objectives, finding strategies and methods to achieve these objectives, and conducting supervision and board improvements.
