3. Can quickly solve common engineering problems in PCBs, answer various questions related to PCBs from salespeople, assistants, quality personnel, etc., such as process capabilities, difficulties in product production, and possible quality issues that may arise during production.

4. Specific analytical skills, able to deeply analyze the causes of various problems, while possessing a certain ability to summarize and organize relevant engineering data and documents, and compile them into a book,

5. Understand PCB schematics, can modify drawings according to requirements, and be proficient in simple PCB layouts for single-sided and double-layer circuit boards

6. Proficient in impedance design

7. By understanding SMT materials, customers can code their BOM according to the company's coding rules and input it into ERP.

8. Familiar with the operation process of ERP, able to assist PMC in MRP calculation, assist and audit the entire ERP operation

More than 8 years of work experience in PCB factory, more than 5 years of management experience in equivalent positions, college degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related fields
