Beirui's PCB factory have a facility area of more than 90,000 square meters, And the company has a total employee of nearly 1000,Beirui is able to produce over 6 0,000 square meters and more than 10,000 items per month, whose PCB and PCBA products range from 2 to 40 layers , covering double side,multilayer,HDI, aluminum PCB, Heavy Copper PCB, Rigid-Flex PCB,high frequency PCB,high TG PCB,metal PCB and so on.
Beirui's PCBA factory have 18 SMT lines in shenzhen and Jian with Fuji machines ,AOI ,SPI ,X-RAY , BGA rework facilities and 6 temperature zones reflow ovens,it was the first quick turn SMT factory in China,we aslo provide the complete production process including SMT and assembly,additionally ,we have testing and box building services to make up the complete production process.
